This home has a unique feature, the kitchen counter was 4" taller than standard height. This worked for the previous homeowner who was over 6' tall, but was a major inconvenience for the new owner. With a new baby on the way the owner decided it was time to renovate before the new kid arrived. This project took advantage of removing an interior wall and swapping the dining room and the office to provide a more open kitchen and dining area for entertaining. Standard height kitchen counters were also installed.

 

With the help of Inspired Builders and their excellent project management, the project was able to be finished in under three months, before the baby arrived!
