The Epicurean Trader

The Epicurean Trader was asked to anchor the retail space for a major mixed use development along San Francisco's Market Street corridor. This portion of the building was a adaption from a previous use as a funeral home. The project involved working with the planning department on maintaining historic compliance, and addition a wheelchair lift for accessibility compliance, as well at heath department approval for the new cafe use.
